The Profi Plus food processor has a powerful drive and kneads any dough effortlessly. Simply place the ingredients in the large mixing bowl and the Profi Plus does the rest. It deliberately focuses on clear shapes and an unmistakably elegant design.
The outer design of the WMF Profi Plus food processor deliberately focuses on clear shapes, without frills, with a strong emphasis on the construction. Shiny Cromargan is used both on important functional parts, but also specifically for visual accentuation. Suitable for any kitchen design, the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine is available with a high-quality matt finish in three modern colours. The 1000 W motor is ideal for kneading, stirring and mixing (max. 1.5 kg flour + 1 l water, 2-12 eggs) of sponge, shortcrust pastry, pizza/yeast dough, bread dough, sponge cake, egg whites or whipped cream. The electronic speed control keeps the speed (8 levels) constant under different loads. The soft start prevents the ingredients from splashing. The planetary mixing system ensures even mixing of the ingredients. The under-lift stage ensures particularly gentle mixing of the ingredients. A safety function ensures that the motor does not start until the mixing arm is folded down correctly and the covers for accessories are in place.
