Climadiff CPF100B1 wine cabinet

The Climadiff CPF100B1 wine refrigerator allows you to store up to 98 bottles in the best conditions.

CPF100B1 multi-purpose or storage wine cellar with glass door. Storage capacity up to 98 bottles. Supplied with 9 sliding steel wire shelves for better visibility of the labels of the bottles placed in front of you. The CPF100B1 multi-purpose wine cellar is aesthetically pleasing and practical. This black cellar allows you to store 98 bottles across the board: you can finally see the labels of the vintages in front of you, rather than the necks or bottoms of the bottles. This is an undeniable time-saver for professional sommeliers who have to locate wines and grape varieties in record time. The large stainless steel handle also provides a very good grip on the door for easy and quick opening.

Storage cellar with one temperature zone or service cellar with several zones?

The choice is yours. The versatile CPF100B1 cellar switches from one operating mode to the other with a simple gesture to adapt perfectly to your needs. What makes Climadiff multi-purpose cellars special is that they offer different cooling conditions depending on whether the fan is activated or not. When the fan is activated, the cellar works cold by stirring and the temperature is homogeneous. Your wine is then stored at 12 or 13°C in a preservation cellar. This guarantees a single, constant temperature throughout the cellar. If, on the other hand, the fan is deactivated, the cellar operates in static cooling and the temperature is naturally distributed inside, with a difference of 7 to 8°C generally observed between the upper and lower parts of the cellar. These different temperature levels are natural: the hot air rises while the cold air falls. You can then store red wine at the top of the cellar and white wine or rosé at the bottom. You now have a service cellar.
