Product Recognising Grinder

To ensure the optimum grind for every speciality, JURA engineers developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). The electronically controlled high-performance grinder adjusts in a fraction of a second to the predefined consistency of grind – much more quickly and frequently than could be done manually. Its spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for long specialities. But coffee lovers don’t need to worry, because the adjustment takes place automatically every time a beverage is prepared and, if preferred, can also be individually selected before each preparation with the Aroma Selection feature.

Intelligent pre-brewing system

The intelligent pre-brewing system adjusts the amount of pre-brewing water to the amount of powder selected. The coffee powder is completely soaked, swells and the aromas are ready for extraction. The full flavour of the coffee can unfold. The I.P.B.A.S. is used in all brewing processes.

The intelligent water system enables automatic detection of the filter in the water tank, making filter use safer and more efficient than ever before.

Milk system cleaning

The fine foam technology from JURA enables coffee specialties like latte macchiato, cappuccino, espresso macchiato or flat white at the highest level. To keep it that way, the milk system cleaner was developed. In conjunction with the automatic cleaning program, the milk system cleaner from JURA removes milk fats and proteins highly effectively. The resulting hygienically clean lines guarantee an always airy, delicate and fine-pored milk foam result.
