The integrated cone grinder made of hardened steel can be adjusted to 11 grinder settings. Two sensors (RPM sensor and grinder sensor) ensure constant, even dosing of the freshly ground coffee powder.
The typical barista gesture of tamping - i.e. compacting the coffee powder - becomes child's play with the Smart Tamping Station. By pulling the lever on the side as far as it will go, the ground coffee is tamped evenly with exactly 20 kg of contact pressure.
Two independent thermoblock heating systems with temperature control guarantee maximum thermal stability for coffee preparation. Espresso, coffee and Americano (extra hot water nozzle to extend the espresso) can be prepared at the touch of a button.
The professional milk frothing nozzle prepares hot milk or creamy milk foam in no time at all - the desired setting can be selected using the vario control on the nozzle. Large glasses (up to 12 cm) for milk drinks can be placed on the flexible cup tray.
